Anymalis ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Depending on your chosen sign-in method:
    • Email & Password: We collect your first name, last name, email address, country, and a hashed password credential.
    • Google Sign-In: We receive your name and email address from Google.
    • Apple Sign-In (iOS only): We receive your name and email address (or an Apple-generated private relay email) from Apple.
  • Pet Images: Photos you upload for health analysis are processed by our AI systems.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including check types and frequency.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
  • Analytics Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, subscription choices, in-app configuration preferences (such as your chosen language and weight unit), and crash reports (via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics). Please note that crash reports and analytics events may be linked to your unique user account ID to help us troubleshoot individual technical issues and understand how our services are used.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide AI-powered pet health assessments
  • Maintain and improve our services
  • Store your check history for your reference
  • Send important service updates
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the app

Data Storage and Security

  • Image Processing: Pet images you upload for health analysis are stored securely alongside your check history so you can review past results for your reference. You can delete individual check history records, including the associated image, at any time within the app.
  • Check History: Analysis results are stored securely to provide you with a history of your pet health checks.
  • Encryption: All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL).

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In: For authentication
  • Apple Sign-In (iOS only): For authentication
  • Google Firebase: For analytics and crash reporting. We transmit certain usage and transaction data, along with your account identifier, to Firebase to monitor app performance and stability.
  • AI Providers: For image analysis (Google Gemini)

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Correction: Update your account information
  • Opt-out: Disable analytics tracking in app settings
