Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Anymalis ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Anymalis is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of pets and provide health-related insights. The App is designed to help pet owners understand potential health concerns and decide when to seek veterinary care.

THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY CARE.

  • The App provides AI-generated assessments for informational purposes only
  • The App does not diagnose medical conditions
  • The App does not provide veterinary medical advice
  • The App does not replace examination by a licensed veterinarian

No Guarantee of Accuracy

  • AI analysis may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading
  • Image quality, lighting, and other factors affect analysis accuracy
  • The App cannot detect all health conditions
  • Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns

Your Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for decisions regarding your pet's health
  • You will seek professional veterinary care when appropriate
  • You will not delay seeking veterinary care based on App results
  • You understand the limitations of AI-based analysis

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the service or other users

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Upload images that are not of pets
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Use the App to harm animals
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the App

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Anymalis and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

Payment Terms

Free Tier

  • Limited number of health checks per month
  • Subject to change with notice

Premium Subscription

  • Billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Auto-renews unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime through your app store account
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect current subscription periods.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYMALIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any damages arising from reliance on App results
  • Any veterinary bills, pet health outcomes, or related costs

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anymalis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anymalis regarding the App.
